We are currently filing a provisional patent to protect the Sweety design, securing our place as the first to solve this problem this way

Sweety will undergo ISO 10993 biocompatibility testing to confirm it's safe for children consumption.

As a medical device, Sweety will be registered with the FDA and pursue the appropriate clearance pathway before going to market.
